Your client portal keeps working exactly as it does today.
Whether you use Intuit Link, TaxDome, Verifyle, SmartVault, SafeSend, or something else, your new site links to it just like your current one does. Clients notice nothing. We coordinate the setup with you before launch.
Your state licensing disclosures are handled.
Every state board has slightly different requirements for what CPA firms must display on marketing materials. We ask what your board requires and include the correct language, the same way your current site does, just designed properly.

Hosting Only: $35/month. Hosting, security, backups. No changes included. Cancel anytime.
Both plans include full ownership of your site. If you ever leave, we send you the complete site: code, content, everything, so you can take it with you.
The industry template vendors charge $100 to $300 every month, forever, for a site you never own. We charge $3,500 once, plus $35 to $125 a month for the hosting your site has to live on somewhere anyway. Everything you pay us goes toward a site you actually own.

We’ve been with our website vendor for over a decade. Is switching complicated?
No. You sign nothing with us until you’ve seen your free mockup, and your current site stays live until the day your new one replaces it. Most transitions take about two weeks.
Does our client portal keep working?
Yes. Your portal (Intuit Link, TaxDome, Verifyle, whatever you use) is a separate service we simply link to from your new site. Nothing about your client workflow changes.
What about our state board disclosure requirements?
Handled. Every state has different rules for what CPA firms must display. You tell us your state and we include the correct language.
Who do we deal with?

What does it cost after launch?
